Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • 1. Commission Conditions:

    • Affiliates earn a commission under the following conditions:

    • Commission is earned if a user signs up and purchases any paid plan directly through the affiliate link.
    • New User Scenario: For new users who sign up using an affiliate link, the affiliate receives a commission if the purchase is made within an unlimited timeframe.
    • Existing User Scenario: If an existing user clicks on an affiliate link but does not make a purchase immediately, the affiliate will receive a commission only if the user purchases without clicking another affiliate's link thereafter.
    • Timeframe for Commission: For new users referred by an affiliate, the commission is earned if the purchase is made within any timeframe. For existing users, the affiliate must be the last referrer before the purchase to earn a commission.
    • Subscription Plans: Affiliates receive a 20% commission on the initial subscription purchase. For subsequent months, the affiliate continues to receive a 10% commission as long as the referred user remains subscribed.
    • User Actions: Affiliates only earn commission if the user signs up and purchases directly after clicking the affiliate link. Logging in with the affiliate link does not earn commission; purchase must be made during the session initiated by the affiliate link.
  • 2. Commission Structure:

    • Commission structure details:

    • Initial Sign-Up and Purchase: Affiliates earn a 20% commission for the initial subscription purchase.
    • Ongoing Subscription Payments: Affiliates receive a 10% commission for subsequent months until the referred user unsubscribes.
    • Commission for One-Time Purchases: Affiliates earn a 50% commission for one-time purchases.

      • 3. Commission Payment & Withdrawal:

      Affiliates will receive commission payments under the following terms:

      • Withdraw your earnings easily at any time with no minimum withdrawal limit.
      • Simply click the "Withdraw" button in the dashboard to initiate your withdrawal.
    • 4. Commission Withdrawal:

      • Withdrawal methods and options for affiliates:

      • For affiliates based in India: Withdrawal via bank transfer or UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
      • For affiliates in other countries: Withdrawal via Payoneer by providing the associated email ID.
      • All withdrawals are processed manually within 24 hours.
    • 5. Prohibited Activities:

      • Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:

      • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails promoting our products/services.
      • Using deceptive or misleading advertising methods.
      • Violating any intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
      • Promoting illegal or offensive content.
      • Creating websites or content that imitate or misrepresent our brand.
      • Manipulating tracking cookies or engaging in cookie stuffing.
    • 6. Brand Guidelines:

      • Affiliates must adhere to our brand guidelines:

      • Use approved logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by us.
      • Ensure that promotional content is accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable laws.
      • Avoid making false or exaggerated claims about our products/services.
      • Do not engage in activities that may harm our brand reputation.
    • 7. Compliance with Laws:

      • Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations:

      • Respect data protection and privacy laws when collecting and using customer data.
      • Do not engage in any activities that constitute fraud or deceptive practices.
      • Ensure that promotional activities comply with local advertising and consumer protection laws.
    • 8. Disclosure:

      • Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable disclosure guidelines.

    • 9. Commission Abuse:

      • Any attempts to abuse or manipulate the commission system will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.

    • 10. Termination:

      • We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

    Failure to comply with these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

    By continuing with the affiliate registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
